Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or merely browsing the Toolzpedia platform at toolzpedia.in (and any associated subdomains or applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Toolzpedia ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company").
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organization, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity. If you lack this authority, you must not accept these terms or use the service on behalf of the entity.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of Toolzpedia after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue using the platform.
Using Toolzpedia
To access most features of Toolzpedia, you must register for an account using a valid email address and a strong password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed to keep it accurate. Each account is intended for use by a single individual or, in the case of a team plan, by the specific number of seats purchased. You may not share your account credentials with people outside your licensed team.
Toolzpedia subscriptions are licensed strictly for personal or internal business use. You expressly agree not to resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make the platform or its tools available to any third party for commercial gain without our prior written consent. Providing access to your account in exchange for payment, or building competing products using our platform as a backend, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
You agree to use Toolzpedia only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: uploading malicious code or malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, conducting DDoS attacks, scraping content in violation of our policies, generating content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights, and using automation scripts to bypass session or rate limits.
Subscriptions & Billing
Toolzpedia offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your plan will automatically renew at the then-current rate for another equivalent billing cycle. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds. We will attempt to notify you of upcoming renewals, but this notification does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge the renewal amount. Prices for all plans are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic customers, and in USDT for customers opting to pay via cryptocurrency.
We accept payments via Cashfree Payments for INR transactions (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards) and via Binance Pay for cryptocurrency payments (USDT). All payment processing is handled entirely by these third-party payment gateways. Toolzpedia does not store, log, or have access to your raw card numbers, CVV codes, bank account credentials, or cryptocurrency wallet private keys at any point during or after a transaction. We only retain the transaction reference IDs provided by the payment gateways for reconciliation and support purposes.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. Taxes (including GST where applicable) may be added to the base subscription price depending on your location and are shown separately at checkout. In the event of a failed payment, we may retry the charge up to three times within seven days before suspending your account. You will be notified of each failed attempt via the email on file. It is your responsibility to resolve any payment issues promptly to avoid interruption of service.
Fair Use Policy
Toolzpedia operates on shared infrastructure that powers AI tools, productivity utilities, and platform services for thousands of concurrent users. To ensure consistent performance and availability for all subscribers, we enforce a Fair Use Policy. Each subscription plan comes with defined session limits, daily request quotas, and bandwidth allocations. These limits are clearly outlined on the pricing page and within your account dashboard. Exceeding defined limits may result in automatic throttling of your account for the remainder of the billing cycle.
We reserve the right to monitor aggregate usage patterns at the account level to detect and prevent abuse. Actions that place a disproportionate load on shared infrastructure — such as running automated scripts around the clock, hammering API endpoints at high frequency, or opening an excessive number of simultaneous sessions — are considered violations of this policy. In such cases, we may throttle, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate your account depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation. We will generally attempt to contact you before taking punitive action.
If your legitimate business needs consistently exceed the limits of your current plan, we encourage you to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or contact us to discuss a custom enterprise arrangement. We are committed to scaling with your needs while protecting the experience of all users on the platform. Fair use is not just a policy — it is a shared responsibility that makes the platform better for everyone.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Toolzpedia account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any person who is not an authorized member of your licensed team. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your plan.
If you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or that your credentials have been stolen or leaked, you must notify us immediately at security@toolzpedia.in. Prompt reporting is critical: any activities that occur between the time of a breach and your report may be attributed to your account if we cannot verify otherwise. Upon receiving a report of unauthorized access, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, suspend suspicious activity, and assist you in regaining control of your account.
Toolzpedia will never ask for your password via email, phone, chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request claiming to be from Toolzpedia should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately. We implement industry-standard security measures on our end, including encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.2+), hashed password storage, and session token rotation. However, no system is completely immune to breaches, and your vigilance is an essential layer of protection.
Intellectual Property
The Toolzpedia platform — including but not limited to its design, user interface, source code, branding, logos, typography, iconography, promotional materials, documentation, and the overall selection and arrangement of tools and features — is the exclusive intellectual property of Toolzpedia and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
The individual tools, AI models, software utilities, and third-party services accessible through Toolzpedia remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and vendors. Toolzpedia acts as an aggregator and access layer; we do not claim ownership over the underlying tools or their outputs. Your use of any tool through our platform is subject to that tool's own licensing terms and end-user agreements, in addition to these Terms of Service. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of each underlying tool you use.
Content that you create, upload, or generate using the tools available on Toolzpedia remains your property, subject to any rights granted to the underlying tool vendors as per their own policies. By using the platform, you grant Toolzpedia a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We will never sell your content, share it with advertisers, or use it to train proprietary AI models without your explicit, separate written consent.
Termination
You may cancel your Toolzpedia subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to a free tier or be deactivated, depending on your plan type. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused time within the billing period unless you qualify under our Refund Policy.
Toolzpedia reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: reselling or sublicensing access to the platform, using the service for illegal activities, persistently exceeding Fair Use limits after warnings, attempting to breach platform security, providing false information during registration, and engaging in abusive or harassing behavior toward our staff or other users. In cases of severe violations — particularly those involving fraud, illegal activity, or security breaches — we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the platform immediately ceases. You must stop accessing the service and destroy any locally cached content or data derived from the platform that you are not otherwise permitted to retain. Termination does not waive any claims Toolzpedia may have against you for past violations, and any clauses of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution) will remain in full force.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent banner within the platform, before the new terms take effect.
Your continued use of Toolzpedia after the effective date of any updated Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and, if applicable, cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review these terms periodically so that you are always aware of the current rules governing your use of the service.
If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding these Terms of Service, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our legal and support team can be contacted at legal@toolzpedia.in. We are committed to transparency and fairness, and we welcome dialogue to ensure these terms are clear and reasonable for all our users.
