We believe great software should be accessible to everyone.
Toolzpedia was born from a simple frustration — developers, designers, freelancers and small teams were forced to juggle 10+ separate subscriptions just to get a project done. We decided there had to be a better way.
Built on three core values
Every decision we make — from pricing to platform security — flows from these principles.
Accessibility
Professional-grade software shouldn't be gated behind enterprise budgets. We pool subscriptions so indie creators, students and small teams can access the same tools as Fortune 500 companies — at a fraction of the cost.
- Plans starting at ₹299/month
- INR & Binance Pay accepted
- No hidden fees, ever
Transparency
We tell you exactly what you're getting before you subscribe. No fine print, no surprise price jumps and no locked-in annual traps. Our changelog is public and we communicate every platform change in advance.
- Public status & changelog page
- 7-day advance notice for changes
- Cancel anytime, instantly
Security
Every session is isolated, encrypted end-to-end, and never shared across users. We rotate credentials on a schedule, enforce strict access policies and maintain 24/7 monitoring on every tool in the catalog.
- End-to-end encrypted sessions
- Credential rotation & isolation
- 24/7 active monitoring
One frustration, one solution
In early 2024 our founder, Parveen Singh, was working on a client project that required Figma for design, Notion for docs, Midjourney for visuals, ChatGPT Plus for AI drafts, Grammarly for editing, and three other SaaS tools on top. That single project was burning through over ₹12,000 a month in subscriptions — most of which sat idle outside work hours.
He started asking around. Freelancer friends on Discord were facing the same wall. Developers were sharing subscription passwords in group chats just to keep costs manageable. It was clearly broken — and nobody was fixing it.
Within six weeks, the first version of Toolzpedia was running. A single login, a single invoice, and on-demand access to the tools that actually matter. The reception was immediate — beta users signed up within the first 48 hours and haven't looked back.
