At Toolzpedia, we are committed to delivering genuine value through every subscription. We understand that circumstances can arise where a refund is the right outcome — and we approach each case with fairness and pragmatism rather than hiding behind blanket no-refund clauses. This policy sets out a clear, time-bounded framework so you always know where you stand.
Refunds under this policy apply to subscription payments made directly to Toolzpedia. They do not apply to any charges made by third-party vendors or tool providers, as those transactions are governed by the respective vendor's own refund policies. Toolzpedia acts as an access aggregator and cannot process refunds on behalf of underlying tool providers for payments made to them directly.
Our refund process is designed to be straightforward: email us with your order ID within the eligible window, and our billing team will review your case within one business day. We aim for every refund interaction to be resolved without the need for escalation, disputes, or chargebacks. If you are considering filing a chargeback with your bank, we strongly encourage you to contact us first — we are almost always able to resolve issues faster and more favorably through direct communication.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund of your most recent subscription payment if your refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the payment being processed and you have not meaningfully accessed or used the tools and features included in your plan. "Meaningful access" is defined as opening a tool session, generating content, running an AI query, or otherwise consuming any of the platform's metered resources during the subscription period in question. Simply logging in to your account dashboard does not constitute meaningful access.
You are also eligible for a refund — regardless of the 48-hour window — if a technical fault on Toolzpedia's side prevented you from accessing the service for a materially significant portion of your subscription period. This includes incidents such as extended server outages (exceeding 12 consecutive hours), critical bugs in core functionality that were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, or payment processing errors that resulted in a duplicate charge. In such cases, please provide evidence of the issue (e.g., error screenshots, support ticket numbers) along with your refund request.
Refunds for annual plan payments are prorated if a qualifying technical fault persists for an extended period (14 or more cumulative days during the subscription year). Prorated refunds in these cases will cover the proportion of the unused subscription period from the date the issue was officially acknowledged by our technical team. We assess each such case individually and will communicate the outcome to you via email within 5 business days of receiving your request.
Non-Refundable Situations
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, send an email to refunds@toolzpedia.in within the applicable 48-hour window. Use the subject line format: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]" to help our billing team locate your transaction quickly. In the body of your email, include: your full name, the email address associated with your Toolzpedia account, the Order ID (found in your payment confirmation email or account billing history), the date of payment, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
If your request is based on a technical fault, please also include supporting evidence such as screenshots of error messages, the approximate times when access was unavailable, and any support ticket or incident reference numbers you may have received. The more context you provide, the faster our team can process your request without requiring follow-up questions. Incomplete requests without an Order ID may be delayed or declined.
Processing Time
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved by our billing team, we will initiate the refund with our payment processor within one business day. After initiation, the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. In general, you should expect your refund to be credited within 3 to 7 business days from the date of approval, though some banks or payment networks may take slightly longer.
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. For UPI payments, the refund goes back to the originating UPI VPA or linked bank account. For debit or credit card payments processed via Cashfree, the refund is returned to the same card. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different payment method, bank account, or wallet than the one originally used, as this is a security and compliance requirement of our payment processors.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notification, please first check with your bank or card issuer, as refunds can sometimes be delayed on the receiving institution's side. If the issue persists, contact us at refunds@toolzpedia.in with your original refund approval email and we will escalate the matter with our payment processor on your behalf. We are committed to ensuring that every approved refund reaches you without unnecessary delays.
Cryptocurrency Refunds
For subscriptions paid using Binance Pay (USDT), approved refunds will be processed in USDT at the same exchange rate that was applied at the time of the original transaction. This means the refund amount in USDT will mirror what you originally paid — we do not adjust for cryptocurrency market movements that may have occurred between the payment date and the refund date, either in your favor or ours. The refund will be returned to the Binance Pay wallet from which the original payment was made.
Because cryptocurrency transactions are processed on blockchain infrastructure managed by Binance, the refund processing time may differ slightly from INR payment refunds. Once we initiate the refund on our end, Binance Pay typically completes the transfer within 24 to 72 hours. However, network congestion or Binance's internal processing queues may occasionally extend this window. We will provide you with a Binance Pay refund reference ID once the transaction is initiated, which you can use to track the status through your Binance account.
Please note that Toolzpedia does not process refunds in any cryptocurrency other than USDT via Binance Pay, even if a future version of the platform accepts alternative crypto payment methods. If you paid in a different cryptocurrency and it was converted to USDT at checkout, the refund will still be in USDT. We are unable to reverse or refund to cryptocurrency wallets outside of the Binance Pay ecosystem.
